November can seem like a bleak month but there are plenty of gardening events and workshops happening over the next few weeks to distract you from the grey, wet weather. Here we've picked out a few of our favourites, so make sure you have your diary and a pen to hand. 

Winter Interest and Structural Planting

Winter Sculpture Exhibition
Free guided sculpture walks take place on Wednesday mornings from the 18 November to the 18 February at RHS Rosemoor.

Plant a Tree for Free
Volunteer to help the Wildlife Trust replace 200 ageing and storm-damaged silver birches across nine acres of broadleaf woodland at Harmer’s Wood near Liverpool, and have your name recorded for posterity on an individual tree.
