As well as a full range of cyclamen, snowdrops, allium, crocus, tulips etc., we hold the country’s largest collection of miniature daffodils including the National Collection of Alec Gray hybrids. Our current catalogue of  Snowdrops in growth, Agapanthus, Lilies is now available.

Christine Skelmersdale’s book ‘A Gardeners Guide to Bulbs’  was published in October 2012. 240 pages, almost 400 illustrations. All are arranged seasonally with guidance regarding choosing bulbs, their use and associations in the garden and personal anecdotes. Alan Titchmarsh  says “Her book is destined to be one of those in my collection that falls apart through over-use. No author could be paid a greater compliment, but it is a compliment that Christine richly deserves.”  A must for anyone wanting to grow bulbs.
