
Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year 2022 shortlist announced
Twenty new plants have been shortlisted for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year competition
The full shortlist for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year competition has been announced.
Twenty new plants, developed in the last year by breeders and nurseries, have been chosen for the list, and all the shortlisted plants will go on display at the Great Pavilion throughout the Chelsea Flower Show this year.
The winning entry is selected by a panel of over 100 plant experts. The Plant of the Year winner has now been selected for 2022, head to our full story.

The shortlisted entries this year include Rosa Elizabeth 'Ausmajesty' by David Austin Roses and Geranium x cantabrigiense 'Intense' by RHS Chelsea exhibitors Moore and Moore Plants.
Stonebarn Landscapes, which won last year's Plant of the Year, has three entries on the list this year including Brassica oleracea (Italica Group) ‘Purpleicious'.
