Marks Hall Gardens

Marks Hall Gardens and Arboretum near Coggeshall, Essex provides a great day out for the whole family. Wonderful woodland walks, a delightful children-friendly walled garden, lovely lakes and trees with amazing plants from around the world providing stunning year-round colour. The five individual gardens within seventeenth century walls combine the best of contemporary and traditional. The double long border is the longest in East Anglia, and includes both long established shrubs and interesting new plantings.Other features include a Visitor Centre for refreshments with a shop, Chauffeur Driven Buggies, Disabled Access, Guided Walks, Picnic Area and Plant Centre. A new children’s play area and animal trail has been added this year, there is ample car and coach parking and a free lunch available for coach drivers.

We are open from 3 April - 4 November 10.30 - 5.00, and 9 November - 16 December 10.30 - dusk

Marks Hall is a VAQAS attraction, and groups can save £1.00 per person off the individual admission price of £4.50. (concessions £4.00, children £1.50)
