The winner of the RHS Chelsea Sustainable Product of the Year 2025 has been announced.
The competition, which is open exclusively to tradestand exhibitors at the Chelsea Flower Show, celebrates the horticultural industry's efforts to promote eco-friendly and ethical consumerism.
This year the RHS has expanded its RHS Chelsea Sustainable Product of the Year to become the RHS Chelsea Sustainable Excellence Awards, with three categories - the Sustainable Garden Product of the Year, the Sustainable Lifestyle Product of the Year and the Sustainable Business of the year.

The shortlist for Sustainable Garden Product of the Year featured a garden scoop, a dipping tank and sustainable tree and shrub ties, while the Sustainable Lifestyle Product of the Year includes a recycled doormat, a compostable refill pouch and sustainable sunglasses.
This year's Sustainable Garden Product of the Year is the Garden Scoop by Sneeboer. The gardening trowel is engineered for the precise distribution of loose garden materials including compost, mulch and wood clippings.

The 2025 Sustainable Lifestyle Product of the Year is MONC eyewear, a brand that makes sustainable sunglasses and spectacles, which are free from fossil fuel-based plasticisers.
The criteria for the finalists focuses on environmental sustainability, innovation, functionality and quality as well as ergonomics and safety.

Last year's winner was POTR Pot; flat packed, self-watering origami planters made from waste. With a unique origami design, the flat-packed pot was created with environmental footprint in mind.
Also announced at this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show was the Sustainable Business of the Year, with POTR winning, after their recognition in last year's product of the year awards.
