#GrowHappy is a competition where people are encouraged to grow the tallest sunflower over the course of 100 days. It was launched by industry trade show Landscape, along with the London College of Garden Design.

Launched at the weekend, #GrowHappy continues until 31 August. To take part, post images on social media with the hashtag #GrowHappy and tag in @landscapeevent on Twitter and @landscape.show on Instagram.
The winner of the competition will be announced a week after the end of the competition.
The Landscape trade event takes place on 22 and 23 September at Battersea Park.
