While all but essential shops have closed, many plant nurseries and garden shops are still sending plants, seeds and more via post. If you haven't already, now is the time to put an order in and get the things you need for the next few weeks. But please: order responsibly! No panic plant buying and try to order as local as you can.
Many of the seed distributors are still dispatching online orders, but they have all seen increased demand and are struggling to get orders out. Check their websites and expect delays in delivery, with some even pausing orders so they can catch up.

Jekkas Herb Farm, Bristol
Jekkas is offering mail order seeds, seed kits via the online shop. And for landscapers who are still working, there's contactless plant pick up from the plant gate via email.

Arvensis Perennials, Bradford-upon-Avon
Usually a trade-only source of plants, the company has decided to open up enquiries from non-trade customers. Email for a plant list with retail prices and minimum quantities apply. Shipping nationwide.
Continues to send orders, but delivery times are expected to be longer than normal.
Great Dixter, Northiam Rye
Mail order is available from the shop and nursery.
The RHS's plant shop is experiencing high demand, which is likely to cause slight delays.
The Plant Centre is closed, but there is a Doorstep Delivery Service, which does deliveries within a 15 mile radius of RG27 8LQ.
The online shop at Darsham now features the new seed range, along with some carefully selected goods from nursery, shop and cafe.
Woottens of Wenhaston, Suffolk
Mail order service is continuing as normal but deliveries may take longer to be processed. Their couriers are continuing to deliver nationwide.
Plants and bulbs are continuing to be delivered, but are subject to delays. Seed kit orders have been suspended for a short period or time so existing orders can be met.
Free delivery is being offered on orders over £30 and within a ten mile radius of the nursery in Somerset (BA80DA).
Dispatching mail order for next day delivery. Phones are buys and there's staff shortages, but they will endeavour to get your order out to you.
